We ship to all countries within the EU and the United Kingdom.

Delivery times

Orders are typically delivered within 4–8 business days. Delivery times may vary due to order volume, availability, or local carriers.

Shipping costs

• Free shipping on all automatic refill orders

• €5 flat-rate shipping on one-time orders under €75

Returns

Return window

You may return eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions

Returned items must:

• Be unused

• Be in original packaging

Return shipping costs

• If your product is defective or incorrect, NAWAH covers return shipping

• For all other returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. 

Non-returnable items

• Opened or used filter cartridges

• Used hygiene-related products

Refills

Refill products are only returnable if unopened and unused.
