NAWAH provides a 1-year warranty on its products.

What’s covered

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Product failures not reasonably expected within one year of normal use

What’s not covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Incorrect installation or misuse

  • Damage caused by external factors

  • Filter replacements or refill cartridges (consumable items)

How to make a warranty claim

To submit a claim, please email hello@nawah.life with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos of the defect

If your claim is approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.
