These General Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, subscriptions, and collaborations made through the NAWAH webshop and programs.

We strive to display all products as accurately as possible. However:

  • All products are subject to availability

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in EUR (or local currency) and include VAT unless stated otherwise
  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout
  • Payment must be completed before order processing

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

5. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.

NAWAH reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases such as:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Payment issues

6. Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

However:

  • Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur due to customs or carriers

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

In accordance with EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Conditions:

  • Products must be unused and returned in original condition
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated

8. Warranty & Complaints

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

14. Subscription & Refill Plans

14.1 Subscription Overview

NAWAH offers optional subscription-based refill plans (“Refill Plan”). By subscribing, you agree to recurring deliveries and payments.

14.2 Billing & Delivery Cycle

  • Subscriptions are billed and shipped every 90 days, unless otherwise stated
  • The first order may include a discounted Starter Set
  • Future deliveries consist of refill products

Payment is automatically charged at the start of each billing cycle.

14.3 Pricing & Benefits

Subscribers may receive:

  • Discounts on Starter Sets and refills
  • Free or reduced shipping
  • Access to exclusive offers

Benefits may vary and are subject to change.

14.4 Cancellation & Changes

You can manage your subscription via your account:

  • Adjust delivery timing
  • Skip shipments
  • Update payment details

Important:

  • Cancellation or pause is only possible after the first refill has been processed and delivered

14.5 Failed Payments

If payment fails:

  • We may retry the charge
  • Subscription may be paused or cancelled

14.6 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

By subscribing, you explicitly agree to recurring charges.

14.7 Termination by NAWAH

We may suspend or cancel subscriptions in cases of:

  • Fraud or abuse
  • Payment failure
  • Violation of these terms

15. Affiliate & Influencer Program

15.1 Grant of License

By creating or sharing content featuring NAWAH (“Content”), you grant NAWAH a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use and distribute the Content.

15.2 Scope of Usage

This includes both organic and paid usage:

  • Paid ads (including whitelisting, Spark Ads, dark posts)
  • Running ads directly from the Creator’s handle
  • Social media, website, landing pages
  • Email marketing and third-party platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google)

Content may be edited for formatting and performance while preserving authenticity.

15.3 Ownership

You retain ownership of your Content.

15.4 Duration

Usage rights are ongoing unless removal is requested.

15.5 Creator Responsibilities

You confirm that:

  • You own the Content
  • It does not infringe third-party rights
  • It reflects honest experiences
  • You comply with advertising rules from authorities such as the Advertising Standards Authority

15.6 Brand Integrity

NAWAH may stop using Content or end collaborations if:

  • Content is misleading
  • Behavior harms brand reputation

15.7 Content Removal

You may request removal by contacting support@nawah.life with:

  • Content reference
  • Reason for request

We will process requests in good faith. Active campaigns may take time to phase out and we will do our best to delete the content. In some cases it can happen that it is displayed somewhere. 

15.8 No Guarantee

Participation does not guarantee:

  • Usage of Content
  • Compensation or exposure

15.9 Liability

NAWAH is not liable for indirect damages related to participation.

15.10 Updates

We may update program terms at any time.
